I do get asked this question a lot.
Where can I get some FREE audio sample that I can use in my podcasts. Well, look no further than YouTube’s audio library. Here are some of my notes:
- It will tell you if you can use an audio file for free or if you have to mention the author’s name in your publication. Please make sure you do give credit where credit is due.
- You can sort the files based on Genre, Duration, Instrument, Mood and Attribution. Make use of these sort functions to find sounds that suit.
- You can pick Sound Effects from the tab up the top. They can come in handy when you are creating short bursts of sound to delineate one section from another in your podcast episode.
So, here it is, enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music
