We ask that you enter the Green Room 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, and your calendar invite should have included a 15 minute buffer to that effect. This will allow us to test your connection (plus audio / video), answers any questions you have, and make sure you’re comfortable.

Yes - we run a tight ship! We are extremely appreciative of our speakers for giving up their valuable time and want to ensure we respect your schedules. Any speakers who are late will unfortunately have their time reduced so we can be respectful of the other speakers and their schedules.

While we have out tech team on standby, we are in the hands of the tech gods to a degree so it would be worth planning for a contingency in the event that your screen does not play nice on the day.

Absolutely – we want to make this as interactive as possible, but we certainly don’t want you to feel rushed! Just run the session however you wish to get your key points across.

We will be using a third-party site called Slido that will allow the audience to ask questions and upvote each other’s questions so the most popular get answered.

Every session will also have a moderator who can help you monitor the questions and unmute attendees to ask a question. Overall, we encourage as much interaction between you and the audience as possible.

The theme for this event is how to make money from their podcast, so common elements of that include growing your audience, establishing high-level relationships, streamlining your processes, refining your brand, creating a product that sells, etc so anything along those lines (and / or related to the core theme) will be immensely valuable.
